Privacy Policy

In short: Headroom works entirely on your iPhone. Your photos, videos, files and everything Headroom learns about them stay on your device. We don't collect, store or share any of your data, and we have no account system, analytics or advertising.
What Headroom looks at
With your permission, Headroom reads your photo library and any folders you choose, so it can find duplicates, similar shots, blurry photos, screenshots, large videos and files you may no longer need. This analysis happens on your iPhone. It uses Apple's on-device frameworks, and Apple Intelligence on supported devices, whose on-device model runs locally.
What stays on your device
Analysis results, such as image fingerprints, quality scores, screenshot categories and detected dates. They are stored in the app's private storage, protected by iOS data protection, and excluded from backups. You can delete them any time in Settings › Privacy › Clear Analysis Data.
Your choices: settings, saved plans, which suggestions you kept, and the folders you connected. These are used only to improve suggestions on your device, and you can reset them in Settings.
What we collect
Nothing. Headroom doesn't send your photos, files, text from screenshots, analysis results or usage data to us or anyone else. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code.
Changes to your library
Headroom never removes or changes anything without your review. Every removal is confirmed by you and by Apple's system dialog. Removed photos go to Recently Deleted, and files go to the Trash where the location supports it.
Notifications
If you turn on Auto-check, Headroom checks your library in the background on your device and may show a local notification. No notification content is sent to any server.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. Headroom checks your subscription status on your device using Apple's StoreKit.
Children
Headroom doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
This website
The statements above are about the Headroom app. This website is a separate thing, and it is only fair to say what it does: like the rest of cortexbizsolution.com, these pages use Google Analytics to count visits. That is a property of the website you are reading, not of the app — nothing on this site has any connection to the photos or files on your iPhone, and installing the app involves no website at all.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
