Nothing is collected
No account, no name, no age entry, no photo, no location, no device identifier. Nothing.
No internet at all
The Android app requests zero permissions, so the system itself blocks any connection.
Mochi Hatch is a game for children aged 4–10. This policy explains what the app does with information. The short version is that it does not collect any.
We do not collect any personal information
Mochi Hatch does not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information about you or your child. There is no sign-up, no account, no login, no email address, no name, no age entry, no photograph, no location, no contact list and no device identifier.
The app has no internet access
Mochi Hatch is fully offline. The Android app declares no permissions at all — not even internet access. The operating system therefore prevents it from making any network connection whatsoever. Nothing your child does in the game can leave the device, because the app has no means of sending it.
You can verify this yourself: on Android, open Settings → Apps → Mochi Hatch → Permissions, and you will find the list empty.
No advertising, no analytics, no tracking
The app contains:

- · no third-party SDKs
- · no social media integration
- · no in-app purchases or real-money transactions
The coins and stars in the game are fictional. They are earned by playing and cannot be bought, exchanged, or converted into anything with real-world value.
What is saved, and where
The game saves your child's progress — the pets they have hatched, their room, their garden, their level, and their settings — to a single file in the app's own private storage on the device. That file never leaves the device.
Uninstalling the app deletes it. There is no backup, no cloud sync, and no way for us or anyone else to read it.
Children's privacy
Mochi Hatch is designed for children and is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and the GDPR's provisions on children's data. Because the app collects no data and has no network access, there is no personal information of a child to disclose, and no third party receives anything.
Settings that a child should not change alone — such as the language — sit behind a simple parent gate. The gate is a small arithmetic question, which is an access control for young children rather than a security measure.
Links out of the app
There are none. The app contains no links to websites, no store links, and no way to leave the game.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes what it does with information, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the “last updated” date above will change.
