Cortex Solution (SSM: 202603073309) is a software development company registered in Malaysia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cortexbizsolution.com, its subdomains, and the services and tools we operate (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

We build custom software, automation and web solutions for businesses, and publish our own digital products. Information on this website describes our work in general terms. Any project we deliver for you is governed by the quotation, proposal or agreement we agree with you in writing, which takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.

Some of our products, such as SiteClock, Daybook, Ergon, Mellie, Mochi Hatch, Pawmi and Viora, have their own terms and privacy policies, linked from each product's page. Where a product has its own terms, those apply to that product together with these Terms.

When using the Services you agree not to:

• break any applicable law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data, or disrupt the Services;
• scrape, copy or resell the Services or their content without our written permission;
• upload malicious code or use the Services to send spam.

Some Services connect to third-party platforms, such as Google, WhatsApp, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and app stores. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Our internal content tools use official platform APIs only to prepare and send content to accounts that Cortex Solution owns or is authorised to manage, and only with the account holder's permission. We do not sell data obtained from these platforms.

The website, our products, logos and content belong to Cortex Solution or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Ownership of software built for a client is set out in that client's agreement.

The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Cortex Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
