Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Apple App Store according to their policy. You can request a refund directly from Apple within 14 days of purchase.
Does Kairo store my data in the cloud?
No. All your tasks, projects, and notes are stored locally on your device. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iOS device → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kairo → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage this through Apple's App Store on any device.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Data & Export in the app to download all your data as JSON. Your data is always yours.
Is there an Android version?
Currently, Kairo is available on iOS. We're exploring Android development. Contact us if you'd like to express interest.
How does the AI feature work?
When you use AI features (task breakdown, weekly review), your request is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We don't store your requests.
