Please read these terms carefully before using Kairo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Kairo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Kairo is a product of Cortex Solution Sdn Bhd.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Kairo Pro Subscription

Prices are in USD and may vary by region.

b) Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

c) Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of subscription. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchase.

d) Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

e) Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI Features

AI-powered features require an internet connection and send text data to OpenAI's API. Results generated by AI are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in Kairo (tasks, projects, notes). By using AI features, you grant us a limited right to transmit your content to OpenAI solely to provide the AI service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cortex Solution Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
